· : Interact with every team member and guest professionally and in a friendly and hospital manner.
· : Primary responsibility is to prepare ingredients, cook dishes according to established recipes and ensure food quality meets restaurant standards.Compliance with portion sizes, cooking methods and quality standards included in recipes.
· : This includes tasks such as prepping ingredients, managing stock levels, rotating inventory, and ensuring proper storage of food items. 100% Compliance with opening/closing and restocking of the line as needed and at the end of each shift.
· :Maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen workspace, following proper hygiene practices and adhering to food safety regulations are key to the success of this role.
· : Adhering to established standards for service, dress code and sanitation procedures.
· : Handles, store and rotate all product properly including stocking product and inventory upon truck delivery.
